Runners Need to Squat. There is some interesting evidence to show that runners who incorporate a single heavy leg training day with enough time to recover before race day actually run faster with less pain on the important day! Maybe you need to learn or re-learn how to squat, that we can do. But first try this exercise, it is safe and effective and targets your hamstrings, calves and glutes.
Lester here is working on his core stability, his ankle stability, and his leg strength. These are just a few of the exercises that benefit runners enormously. I have a whole library of them and will be happy to share them with you just use the contact form and let me know!
